Pay Your Bill Online

Information at your fingertips.

• Receive and pay your bills online – it’s easier, faster and more secure than writing checks and putting them in the mail.
• Save time and money – and avoid the risk of cancellation for non-payment of your premium – by signing up for one-time or recurring electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments.
• Avoid installment fees by signing up for either paperless statements or recurring EFT.
• Get e-mail notifications when your bill is ready to view and e-mail reminders before your payment is due.
• Want to update your user profile or change your password? Do it yourself without having to call us for help.  

Registering for Access

It's easy to sign up.

Go to www.firemansfund.com/register between 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time, to start the easy, two-step registration process. 

• Request a personal identification number (PIN) by providing us your name and policy number. 

• When you receive your PIN, go to www.firemansfund.com/completeregistration, enter your policy number and PIN.  Then follow the prompts to set up your user profile, create your password and answer your security questions to complete your registration.

Please note important facts about the registration process:  

• Please begin the registration process as soon as possible using the information provided on your Online Bill Pay announcement letter should you choose to sign up for Online Bill Pay.
• Registration may take 7-10 days to complete as we will mail you a personal identification number (PIN) via U.S. mail if we do not already have your email address on file prior to registration.
• IMPORTANT: When you register, please enter your name exactly as it appears on your Online Bill Pay announcement letter in the area entitled “Insured Name.”
• If it’s not convenient to register at least two weeks prior to your statement due date, we recommend that you pay your first bill by check to ensure timely receipt of your first payment. 
• NOTE: This application is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater OR Mozilla FireFox 9.0 or greater

Signing up for Online Bill Pay

After you have registered for access, go to www.firemansfund.com/policyholdertoolkit, where you can login to our Policyholder Toolkit site and access the Online Bill Pay tool. 

Sign up for EFT and never worry about missing a payment or get e-mail notifications when your bill is ready to view and e-mail reminders before your payment is due.

Changes to Your Billing Experience

Beginning September 1, 2011, several changes will take place when your insurance policy renews into our new billing system. The changes include:
